To honor the safety and health of our Center Strength Community, we will be closed through March 31st.  In the meantime, we have launched our Cloud Connect Virtual Classroom where you can enjoy classes in the comfort of your home.    See below for more information.

Looking for more opportunities to strengthen, flex, tone, restore and recharge from your own home during this time of Pause?  Here at Center Strength, we are offering a variety of Virtual Group Movement Classes that enable you to discover muscles you never knew you had.  And keep those that you do have strong.

As variety adds spice to life–we’ve designed a roster of intimate Pilates based Mat Movement, Barre Fusion, Yoga, and Dance classes that will enhance your workout routine at a great price.  Classes cover Toning, Strengthening, Stretching, Conditioning, Bone Health, Cardio Strength and more.

Click on the Group Class Schedule below for our Cloud Connect Classes.  Our classes are offered via Zoom.  You will need a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone with Wifi Access.  And a Mindbodyonline.com account.  When setting up your Mindbody account please ensure that you click on receiving text and email class confirmations.

Once you register, you will receive a reservation confirmation email with the Zoom Cloud Connect Classroom link.  You will also receive a link to install Zoom if you have not done so in the past.   We encourage you to Join the class approximately 25 minutes ahead of time with the recommended at home props.   Most importantly a yoga or pilates mat.

We will be excited to get back to a true Studio environment.  But in the meantime, are happy to be able to offer you the expertise of our fantastic instructors.  From our ” homes away from home” to yours.
